Conditions for Return or Exchange

A return or exchange will be accepted only if the product received is damaged or defective, or if the product received is mismatched, such as an incorrect size, color, or print sent by mistake.

Mandatory Opening Video

To process any return or exchange request, an unboxing video is mandatory. The video must be clear and unedited and should show the package being opened for the first time, clearly displaying the defect or mismatch. Requests submitted without a proper opening video will not be accepted.

Reporting Timeframe

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests raised after this 48-hour window will not be entertained.

Product Condition

The product must be unwashed, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Size Chart Notice

Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order, as returns are not accepted for sizing issues. Our new maternity line features an extended length for better coverage and comfort.
